Refund policy

We do not send RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorization). If you choose to return your order you will need to pay to ship those items to the following address:

Before shipping your return make sure your product follows these restrictions.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

• There are NO returns on any open products. Do not ship open items back.
  
• There are NO returns on ammunition, powder or primers.
• There are NO returns on any Alpha Munitions products.
• There are NO returns on any products after 30 days from purchase.
• Do not return items you purchased from another company to us as no refund will be issued. 
• Enclose the original packing slip.
  

If your return falls into any of the above categories, no refund will be issued and the product will be discarded or returned to you at your expense. Once BCR receives a returned order we will inspect the product and if everything checks out we will email you a coupon code less the 15% restocking fee that you can use for future purchases online in the current calendar year. 

We understand mistakes can be made but it is your responsibility to follow the requirements put in place by BCR to ensure a smooth and satisfying transaction. Not to make this a painful or stressful process but we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders placed with Blue Collar Reloading are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and during this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to always do it free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. It is your responsibility to make sure the order is canceled. Simply sending an email or leaving a voice mail does not guarantee your order will be canceled. An order is not canceled unless you actually receive a confirmation from us
2. If the order is cancelled prior to being processed and shipping label has been created we can usually cancel the order for free and refund all of your money. Some exception apply.
   
3. If the order is cancelled after it is processed and shipping label is created but prior to the product actually being shipped we will refund your money minus the shipping costs that have been incurred. Shipping costs include but not limited to time spent to process your order, credit card processing fees, processing fee to refund your money, shipping supplies.
   
4. An order can not be canceled once it has been picked up by the carrier and has left our facility. See RETURN POLICY for further information.
