We have thousands of items in inventory and ready to ship to your door. Please review this section before placing an order with us.

BCR customers must be at least 21 years of age, and a United States citizen.

If your answer is "YES" to ANY of the following questions, BCR will not sell you ammunition.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a period of time exceeding one year?

Have you ever been adjudicated as a mental defective?

Haveyou ever been committed to a mental institution.?

Are you a current or former fugitive from justice?

Do you hold other-than-honorable discharge or dishonorable discharge papers from the Armed Forces?

Have you ever renounced your United States citizenship?

Do you have a court conviction of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence?

Are you currently under a restraining order for harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child?

Are you violating any federal, state, or local (your town, county) law(s) by submitting an order for ammunition online from the BCR website?

Do you have any legal restraints that may prohibit you from ordering, possessing, owning, or maintaining ammunition in your presence?

Are you living in a city, county, or state that prohibits you from ordering, owning, or possessing ammunition?

In the event that I, the BCR customer, answer any of the questions under "Ammunition Ordering Qualifications: Age, Citizenship, and More" incorrectly or untruthfully, or if I falsify my age or citizenship, I will release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend Blue Collar Reloading, Inc., and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any and all charges resulting in civil liability or criminal prosecution.

I further understand that manufacturers are the best resource for information about their products, including safety information or questions concerning their products. I will review all information and safety warnings from product manufacturers prior to purchasing and using products from BlueCollarReloading.com. I release any responsibility from Blue Collar Reloading for any and all losses, damage, expenses, cost, or mistakes made on my part resulting in the violation of these terms and conditions. 

Hazmat fees must be added and are included in shipping costs for all Smokeless Powder and Primers.

If you select Local Pickup and you are not local or able to pick-up the order, your order will be canceled and you will be assessed a fee.

Blue Collar Reloading understands your concerns with regard to how information about you is used and shared. We appreciate your trust.

You are not required to set up a user account but if you would like to you can, or you can check out as a guest. If you chose to set up a user account, certain fields are required. This data is used to contact you about the products on our site in which you have expressed interest. We do not share your information with third parties.

To buy from us, you must provide certain information to allow us to correctly fulfill your orders. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order.  If we have trouble processing, shipping or delivering an order, we'll use the information you have provided to contact you. Again, we do not share your data with third parties. 

This website is PCI compliant. No unauthorized person or machine will be able to retrieve your credit card or personal information from using this site.

SHIPPING

Blue Collar Reloading (BCR) ships products in compliance with all federal, state and local laws regarding reloading component sales. No exceptions. We will not ship to customers in any location that has outlawed reloading components to be sold and shipped to customers via a website.

Your BCR order will be shipped via USPS and UPS. Orders are generally shipped same day if the order is in by 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. weekdays or on weekends/holidays are generally shipped the next business day. We will ship via the best method to save you money and assure the most timely delivery possible.Your BCR order will arrive in a plain box(es) with a shipping label. There will be no additional markings to indicate what is inside. 

You will receive tracking information on your package via email from Blue Collar Reloading after the order is processed. Once your order is in transit, we recommend you track your order through the carrier.

There are a few things you can do to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package:

  1. Use the updates, email, or SMS to track your package.
  2. Have your package delivered to a location where someone will be there all day.
  3. Be aware of the estimated delivery date and have a plan in place to ensure its security and safekeeping upon delivery.

Proof of delivery is based on the carrier’s records, which reflect date and time of delivery. Once your order is delivered, you assume all responsibility for the contents within, including the risk that they may be stolen or damaged. You release BCR  from all liability and responsibility for your products ordered after they are delivered.  

Ammunition CANNOT be shipped to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. We do not ship ammunition via USPS .

We ship all ammunition via UPS.

Please get to know the gun and ammunition rules and regulations in your state and/or local community to avoid order cancellation and fees.

Cancelations & Returns

All orders placed with Blue Collar Reloading are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge.

If your order is cancelled for any reason you will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

This cancellation fee covers many expenses BCR incurs, which include but are not limited to the following: the time spent to process your order, credit card processing fee for our company to accept your money, the processing fee to refund your money, and loss of sale time while inventory is held by your order. 


We do not send RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization). If you choose to return your order, you will need to pay to ship those items to the following address:

  • The item(s) must be unopened. Do not ship open items back. If the product is opened there will be no refund issued and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
  • There are NO returns on ammunition, NO EXCEPTIONS! 
  • There are NO returns on Alpha Munitions Brass, NO EXCEPTIONS! 
  • There are no returns of any kind after 30 days of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Do not return items you purchased from another company to us as no refund will be issued. 
  • Enclose the original packing slip or a copy of your packing slip.

Once BCR receives your returned order we will inspect the product and if everything checks out we will email you a coupon code less the 15% restocking fee that you can use for future purchases online in the current calendar year. 

We understand mistakes can be made but it is your responsibility to follow the requirements put in place by BCR to ensure a smooth and satisfying transaction.
