If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. Your item must be in its original package. This meaning your product must be unopened. Upon inspection of the returned item to BCR, and it checks out to the above requirements; we will then move forward with the refund or exchange process.
We understand mistakes can be made but it is your responsibility to follow the requirements put in place by BCR to ensure a smooth and satisfying transaction. Not to make this a painful or stressful process but we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so we are willing to work it out and get you back to your reloading bench.
