• Have you ever been convicted of a felony or guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a period of time exceeding one year?
• Have you ever been adjudicated as a mental defective?
• Haveyou ever been committed to a mental institution.?
• Are you a current or former fugitive from justice?
• Do you hold other-than-honorable discharge or dishonorable discharge papers from the Armed Forces?
• Have you ever renounced your United States citizenship?
• Do you have a court conviction of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence?
• Are you currently under a restraining order for harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child?
• Are you violating any federal, state, or local (your town, county) law(s) by submitting an order for ammunition online from the BCR website?
• Do you have any legal restraints that may prohibit you from ordering, possessing, owning, or maintaining ammunition in your presence?
• Are you living in a city, county, or state that prohibits you from ordering, owning, or possessing ammunition?

In the event that I, the BCR customer, answers any of the questions under "Ammunition Ordering Qualifications: Age, Citizenship, and More: incorrectly or untruthfully, or if I falsify my age or citizenship, I will release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend Blue Collar Reloading, Inc., and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any and all charges resulting in civil liability or criminal prosecution.

I further understand that manufacturers are the best resource for information about their products, including safety information or questions concerning their products. I will review all information and safety warnings from product manufacturers prior to purchasing and using products from BlueCollarReloading.com. I release any responsibility from Blue Collar Reloading for any and all losses, damage, expenses, cost, or mistakes made on my part resulting in the violation of these terms and conditions. 

We  stock and ship reloading components that are not subject to any hazmat fees.

If you select Local Pickup and you are not local or able to pick-up the order, your order will be canceled and will be assessed a fee.

To buy from us, you must provide certain information to allow us to correctly fulfill your orders. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order.  If we have trouble processing, shipping or delivering an order, we'll use the information you have provided to contact you. This website is PCI compliant. No unauthorized person or machine will be able to retrieve your credit card or personal information from using this site. We do not save your credit card information.
